In the MILA ART 678 curriculum, students learn about the Visual Elements, Principles of Design and best techniques when using different art media. Students practice, plan and sketch before making most of their final art assignments to help them become more confident in their art making abilities. They are also encouraged to analyze art and make critical assessments to show creativity and problem solving ability.
Art Class Grading Policy
Each student is graded on an individual basis. No cross-class comparisons will be made. I grade on my expectations of each student and their growth as an individual.
